Performs basic troubleshooting and monitoring under guidance. * Work & Complexity: Handles routine security tasks, monitors systems, configures basic settings, and maintains incident logs with supervision. * Quality & Independence: Follows procedures, ensures accuracy, documents incidents, and reliably executes assigned tasks with limited decision latitude. * Teamwork & Communication: Supports senior engineers, collaborates on team projects, communicates status, and responds to feedback. * Consulting & Engagement: Provides technical assistance, shares best practices, suggests process improvements, and interacts with vendors on simple issues., We are seeking a Junior Information Systems Security Engineer (ISSE) to support the design, implementation, and maintenance of secure information systems in a federal environment.
