* Formation Bac+2 minimum en informatique, réseaux et télécommunications ou équivalent
 * Rigoureux(se), organisé(e), avec un bon esprit d'analyse et de synthèse
 * À l'aise avec les outils numériques et les environnements techniques variés
 * Bon relationnel : vous savez communiquer avec des interlocuteurs non techniques
 * Permis B obligatoire - déplacements réguliers sur les sites clients

## Description

* Exploitation réseau, avec des services d'opérateur (VPN MPLS) et une expertise reconnue en infrastructure réseau.
 * Gestion de parc informatique, incluant l'installation, la configuration et le suivi des équipements.
 * Support utilisateur assuré par notre service desk disponible en semaine.
 * Conseil en cybersécurité, notamment à travers des audits, des tests d'intrusion et la mise en place d'un centre de supervision de la sécurité (SOC).
 * Vente de matériel informatique (partenariats avec DELL, HP, Fortinet, etc.).

Vos missions :

Support Utilisateur

 * Prise en charge des demandes clients en support de niveau 1
 * Analyse et escalade vers le niveau 2
 * Conseil et accompagnement des utilisateurs sur leurs outils informatiques
 * Sécurisation des données et des infrastructures clients

Exploitation & Maintenance

 * Installation, configuration et maintenance des équipements informatiques et bureautiques
 * Administration des réseaux : Firewall, VPN, LAN
 * Configuration et exploitation des équipements réseaux et matériels
 * Restauration de fichiers et de configurations à la demande
 * Gestion des parcs informatiques (matériels et logiciels)
