## Description

Vous serez le point de contact principal pour nos utilisateurs finaux, assurant la gestion et la résolution des incidents liés à nos applications dédiées au secteur sanitaire. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec nos équipes techniques et nos clients pour garantir un service de haute qualité.

Vos missions :

 * Assurer le support de premier et deuxième niveaux pour les applications du pôle médico-social.
 * Diagnostiquer et résoudre les incidents techniques et applicatifs signalés par les utilisateurs.
 * Effectuer le suivi des demandes jusqu'à leur résolution complète, en assurant une communication régulière avec les utilisateurs.
 * Collaborer avec les équipes de développement pour identifier et corriger les anomalies.
 * Participer à l'amélioration continue des processus de support et à la documentation des solutions.
 * Former et assister les utilisateurs pour optimiser l'utilisation des applications.
