U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance. * Ability to obtain additional Program Area(s) accesses., * Previous experience with career development and personal skills development of team members * Experience developing software for field test and/or production test environments * Previous work experience developing in an object-oriented software environment * Experience working in Agile development process * Experience developing and interpreting models to generate software solutions using UML * Working understanding of the TSEC One Page Process. * Ability to work in a team environment * Experience working with software configuration management principles and tools such as Azure, Team Foundation Server * Past engineering experience working in a matrix organization comprised of multidiscipline design teams across multiple projects with rigorous design disciplines * Knowledge with a Performance Development Process. * Knowledge with business and program improvements through process improvement methodologies. * Experience using DOORS requirements management tool for developing and linking requirements to test procedures * Development of integration, verification, and validation planning documentation of integration and test plans, procedures, reports, status reports, and other related documentation. ## Description The Test Solutions (TS) Effectors Center - AUR department is seeking a Senior Manager, Software Engineer who can lead a section of Software Engineering professionals responsible for all elements of Engineering Design through all lifecycles to include but not limited to development, transition to production, design verification, qualification, and Manufacturing Acceptance of final product going to the customer.
