Special Requirements: To be hired, you must have a criminal records check that meets OHA criteria at the time of hire, and throughout employment. ## Description Opportunity Awaits, Apply Today! - IT Director EDGE Projects (Information Technology Project and Portfolio Manager 3) The purpose of the IT Director, Enterprise Delivery Governance & Engagement (EDGE) Projects position is to assist the EDGE Senior IT Director and the Chief Information Officer (CIO) in planning and directing the administration, operation and statewide service delivery of all information systems to the over 18,000 employees of OHA and ODHS and the clients whom they serve. This position is a strategic-level position, and participates in setting the strategic direction for the use of technology to support OHA and ODHS programmatic and administrative functions. This position creates tactical plans and project plans and may be involved in statewide planning efforts. The position helps the CIO initiate, develop, and implement OIS programs, policies, and procedures. As a member of the OIS executive staff, the IT Director of EDGE Projects directs OHA and ODHS projects. The IT Director, EDGE Projects directs the Project Management Office (PMO) including the strategy, practice and standards, and oversees the project coordinators leading the agency's largest projects. This position provides project management expertise, coaching and best practices through the PMO, and ensures projects are managed utilizing a standard, consistent methodology. Staff and managers in the OIS EDGE Projects section report to this position. The IT Director, EDGE Projects represents OIS in statewide and central/shared services groups which may include governance committees, steering committees or other decision-making bodies.
