The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM modules, system configurations, workflow management, integrations, reporting, and support processes. The role requires the ability to analyze business requirements, configure system solutions, troubleshoot complex issues, support upgrades and deployments, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
