## About the Role

* Ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik, Informatik oder einer vergleichbaren technischen Fachrichtung sowie nachgewiesene Berufserfahrung im industriellen Testing, in der Qualitätskontrolle oder im Diagnostik-Engineering.
 * Fundiertes Know-how in Messtechnik, Datenerfassung und statistischer Prozesskontrolle sowie Erfahrung in Testautomatisierung, gängigen Programmiersprachen (z. B. LabVIEW, Python, C#) und Datenbanksystemen für Testdatenmanagement.
 * Strukturierte, analytische und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise kombiniert mit soliden Projektmanagement-Fähigkeiten.
 * Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Teamkompetenzen, die Fähigkeit, Standorte aktiv einzubinden, technische Inhalte funktionsübergreifend abzustimmen und Expertengemeinschaften zu fördern, sowie hohe Eigeninitiative und Verantwortungsbereitschaft.
 * Internationale Reisebereitschaft (ca. 30 %), sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und fließende Englischkenntnisse.

## Description

* Gruppenweite Harmonisierung und Weiterentwicklung von Teststrategien, -methoden und -equipment über alle Produktionsstufen hinweg sowie Definition und Pflege robuster Standards, Best Practices und Testkonzepte.
 * Aufbau, Koordination und aktive Einbindung eines globalen Expertennetzwerks für Testing & Validation inklusive strukturiertem Wissensaustausch zwischen Standorten und Funktionen.
 * Identifikation, Benchmarking und Bewertung innovativer Testtechnologien sowie Automatisierungs- und datengetriebener Ansätze; enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktentwicklung, Softwareentwicklung, Qualität, IT und Lieferanten zur Sicherstellung der Testkompatibilität.
 * Konzeption, Implementierung, Optimierung und Stabilisierung von Testprozessen und Testequipment auf Werksebene; technische Unterstützung für lokale IE- und Qualitätsteams sowie effektiver Rollout gruppenweiter Teststandards.
 * Entwicklung automatisierter Testlösungen, Definition von Testspezifikationen, Management von Testdaten, Leitung funktions- und standortübergreifender Projekte sowie proaktive Identifikation und Nutzung von Verbesserungspotenzialen.
