Au sein de l'équipe technique, vos missions principales seront :

 - D'assurer le support niveau 1 et 2 sur les installations de nos clients

 - D'assurer la configuration et l'installation des équipements informatiques

 - D'assister les utilisateurs avec pédagogie et efficacité

 - D'assurer la mise à jour des documentations techniques

 - De participer au traitement des tickets de support et à la hotline
