We're looking for a Software Development Manager to lead our newly formed AI Builder Tools team. This lean, high-autonomy, focused team has one mandate: make every MX engineer more productive through agentic tooling across the software development lifecycle - starting with autonomous coding agents that can take a ticket, implement the change, and open a pull request with with minimal hand-holding. Join us in shaping the future of how software gets built-one agent, one PR, one software developer at a time.
