In this role, you'll be a key player in keeping our IT systems running smoothly, providing 1st & 2nd line technical support across the business. You'll work with Microsoft 365, Intune, and Entra (formerly Azure AD), troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues while ensuring security and compliance.
