* 5 years software development experience, including at least 2 years in building easy to use, responsive web applications
 * Experience in any of the following is highly desirable - Node, Vue, React, Angular, Ruby on Rails, NoSQL technologies (i.e. MongoDB), AWS.
 * Skills in building web development stack.
 * Understanding and designing RESTful web services.
 * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field

## Description

* Responsible for creating web application features.
 * Develop a scalable, high performance and maintainable code.
 * Work with web technologies built on Web, database, and caching technologies.
 * Tune the performance for the web application.

6-Month Accomplishments

 * Get familiar with the existing web architecture and code base.
 * Contributing to and taking ownership of Web features.
 * Have a good collaboration within the team. Also, with other teams like Product, Design, QA, devOps etc
 * Should participate in technical discussions and be able to evaluate the design and architecture of the solution to the problems.

12+ Month Accomplishments

 * Come up with ideas/changes to improve the application both from performance and scalability perspective.
 * Get involved in the application architecture discussions and propose changes that would improve the existing infrastructure.
 * Should be able to independently drive feature development.
