This is not a traditional "strategy-only" CTO role. We need someone deeply embedded in the business who can both define and execute how technology-especially AI-transforms how we operate, build, and scale. You will act as the technical leader responsible for improving engineering velocity, embedding AI into workflows and products, optimising delivery pipelines, and ensuring technology directly drives business performance. This role shares strong overlap with a Forward Deployed AI Engineering mindset, but with broader ownership across architecture, engineering leadership, and long-term technical strategy.
