An interest in tech is essential however you do not need to have a deep level of technical knowledge. You will enjoy problem solving and want to work in a client facing role. In addition you will: * Be analytical and enjoy working through problems to a complete resolution. * You will enjoy communicating with both clients and internal team mates. * You will have an organised and methodical approach to tasks. * You can demonstrate high levels of attention to detail. Any exposure to any of the following will be advantageous: * Microsoft SQL server. * Understanding of SQL queries and data manipulation. * Networks architecture, IT security and Active Directory. ## Description You will be responsible for providing technical support and services to external customers. Projects will be varied and will see you engage with clients on a day to day basis across systems analysis, delivery of software upgrades and systems testing and support. What you will be doing: * Diagnosis and resolution of 1st-3rd line support issues. * Ongoing analysis and day to day maintenance of both internal and client based systems. * Testing new products to ensure readiness for clients. * Roll out of upgrades to clients. * On-boarding of new clients.
