## About the Role

* Strong background in Systems Engineering within complex environments
 * Experience using DOORS for requirement management
 * Proficiency with MATLAB for modelling and analysis
 * Understanding of RF systems and interface design
 * Experience working across the full engineering lifecycle
 * Comfortable working in an agile environment
 * Able to work onsite 4-5 days per week
 * Active SC Clearance (or recently lapsed and eligible to renew)

## Description

* Develop and manage system requirements using DOORS
 * Define system interfaces to support design and integration across engineering domains
 * Use MATLAB for modelling, analysis, and system validation
 * Support the full engineering lifecycle from requirements through to integration, verification, and validation
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile delivery environment
 * Ensure compliance with defence engineering standards and best practices
 * Work closely with subject matter experts in EW and RF technologies
