## Description

* Coordinate the full lifecycle of reactive maintenance tasks and installations, including logging requests, assigning work to internal or external teams, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely completion.

 * Prioritise maintenance activities based on urgency and operational impact, ensuring adherence to all service level agreements (SLAs).

 * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of task progress, outcomes, and resolutions within relevant systems.

 * Manage and close planned preventative maintenance (PPM) tasks in accordance with scheduled maintenance plans.

 * Liaise with service providers to confirm work completion, verify quality, and address any issues.

 * Manage document control and maintenance databases to ensure information is accurate, compliant, and easily accessible.

·Use procurement systems to raise purchase orders, track approval workflows, and manage the end-to-end transaction process.

 * Collaborate with finance teams to resolve invoice discrepancies and ensure timely processing of payments
