 * Du bringst DevOps-Erfahrung mit, z.B. mit GitLab CI/CD Pipelines, TeamCity, Build-Prozessen, Unit-Tests sowie Shell- und PowerShell-Scripting.
 * Du hast Spaß an einem breiten Aufgabenfeld - von Architektur und Konzept bis hin zur Hands-on-Implementierung und arbeitest dich gerne in neue Themen ein.
 * Du hast Erfahrung im Umgang mit KI-unterstützter Softwareentwicklung (z.B. Claude, Codex, Cursor).
 * Du bist es gewohnt, selbstorganisiert und eigenverantwortlich in einem dezentralen Team zu arbeiten.
 * Du bist kommunikativ, optimistisch und hast Lust auf Verantwortung und Gestaltung.
 * Du sprichst und schreibst Deutsch und Englisch fließend.

## Description

* Du unterstützt unseren CTO bei der Koordination und Umsetzung technischer Themen rund um unsere Softwareplattform waveware®.
 * Du kommunizierst mit den Entwicklungsteams, stimmst Anforderungen und Prioritäten ab und informierst zu technischen Änderungen und Entscheidungen.
 * Du stellst durch regelmäßige Code-Reviews die Qualität unseres Codes sicher und achtest auf Lesbarkeit, Wartbarkeit und die Einhaltung unserer Coding-Standards.
 * Du planst und konzipierst technische Features (Microservices, Schnittstellen, Architekturentscheidungen).
 * Du übernimmst programmtechnische Fehlersuche und Debugging in unserer komplexen Softwareplattform waveware®.
 * Du recherchierst neue Technologien und Tools und evaluierst Lösungen für technische Herausforderungen.
