## Description

The Lead Engineer serves as a hands-on technical leader, driving the design and delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives. This role balances advanced technical execution with team mentorship and coordination, ensuring engineering excellence and high-quality delivery across frontend and backend domains., Essential Job Responsibilities:

 * Lead the design and implementation of scalable and maintainable software solutions across multiple technology stacks.
 * Serve as the primary technical owner for complex features, services, or modules.
 * Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers across the team, ensuring high code quality and adherence to best practices.
 * Partner with product, UX, and architecture to align technical solutions with business goals.
 * Lead design reviews, code reviews, and contribute to improving engineering standards and patterns.
 * Collaborate with DevOps and platform teams to ensure operational excellence.

Additional Job Responsibilities:

 * Actively contribute to hiring and onboarding efforts.
 * Champion accessibility, performance, and security standards across the stack.
 * Drive continuous improvement initiatives in team velocity and quality.
