## Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Assistant to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining and supporting our organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless technology operations across various platforms. Your enthusiasm for technology, combined with excellent customer service skills, will help us deliver reliable IT support to all users.  * Manage computer systems and peripherals, including desktops, laptops, printers, and other devices

 * Troubleshoot software problems related to operating systems, applications like Microsoft Office, and specialized tools such as ServiceNow or Jira
 * Support network infrastructure including LAN (Local Area Network), VPN (Virtual Private Network), firewalls, and basic network troubleshooting
 * Maintain and update IT documentation using tools like BMC Remedy or Help desk systems to track incidents and resolutions
 * Collaborate with the IT team on infrastructure projects involving Linux servers, operating system upgrades, or hardware replacements
