## Description

We are seeking an experienced Mainframe Systems Developer with strong expertise in COBOL, Assembler, C, DB2, JES2/JES3, ISPF, and REXX to support and maintain critical enterprise mainframe applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for application maintenance, troubleshooting, system integration, code reviews, testing, automation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams., * Perform regular maintenance and provide technical support for existing mainframe applications written in COBOL, Assembler, C, and DB2.

 * Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
 * Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
 * Develop and execute test plans to ensure application quality, reliability, and performance.
 * Work with JES2/JES3 subsystem environments, including job flow analysis, troubleshooting, and spool management.
 * Support system integration activities and work with SAPI/SSI 79/SSI 80 interfaces where required.
 * Develop, customize, and enhance ISPF panels and dialogs to support application interfaces.
 * Utilize REXX scripting for automation, tooling enhancements, and ISPF dialog coding.
 * Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, QA teams, and other developers to deliver solutions.
 * Maintain detailed documentation of incidents, resolutions, and system performance reports.
