The role analyzes business and technical requirements, develops functional and technical specifications, and ensures solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with organizational standards. Key responsibilities include evaluating new system requirements; designing, developing, testing, and implementing complex integration solutions; assessing results for accuracy, performance, reliability, and interoperability; conducting feasibility studies; and preparing technical documentation. The position also develops specifications for the procurement of hardware, software, and related technology services. In addition, the role provides advanced technical guidance and support to users and Information Management staff, collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve complex technical issues, and contributes to the continuous improvement of integration architecture and processes. The incumbent may also provide leadership, oversight, and supervision of professional and support staff.
