Essential: * Experience working within a finance function, with a good understanding of finance processes, procedures, and data flows. * Proven experience performing reconciliations and investigating financial data discrepancies. * Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with large, complex datasets. * Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work. * Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. * Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a range of stakeholders. * A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively within a team environment. * A commitment to professional integrity, confidentiality, and ethical behaviour. Desirable: * Experience using Dynamics 365 (D365). * Knowledge of Power BI and data visualisation tools. * Experience working with finance systems integrations and mapping tables. * Understanding of automation and process improvement techniques within finance functions. ## Description As a Finance Systems Data Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of financial data across Notting Hill Genesis. Working within the Finance Systems team, you will support the integration between our purchase ledger system (Dynamics 365) and general ledger system (SUN Systems), ensuring data flows seamlessly and accurately between platforms. You will take ownership of data reconciliation, cleansing, validation, and control processes, helping to strengthen our financial systems environment and enabling timely and accurate financial reporting. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong analytical skills, a passion for data quality, and an interest in finance systems and process improvement. As part of our Finance team, you will help drive a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and customer focus, ensuring we deliver excellent outcomes for our residents and colleagues.
