## About the Role

* Experience in Test Automation
 * Experience in SAP Fieldglass applications
 * Knowledge of Software Testing, Programming Languages, and Quality Assurance Principles
 * Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills
 * Customer relationship management experience
 * Experience working in an agile DevOps environment.
 * Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver, Selenium with Java, BDD
 * Experience with tools like Splunk, Dynatrace, and other DevOps tools.
 * Good experience building, maintaining, and enhancing CI/CD pipelines.
 * Good experience in AWS; Additional experience with Azure and/or Google Cloud Platform a plus.

## Description

* Design and implement a reusable approach to SAP Fieldglass Test Automation and the associated framework
 * Coach and mentor others on the adoption of SAP Fieldglass Test Automation technologies and techniques
 * Analyze and understand SAP Fieldglass Testing Procedures and Requirements
 * Develop and execute SAP Fieldglass Test Cases, Test Automation, and Automation Scripts
 * Identify, document, and conduct follow-ups on bugs and quality issues
 * Develop test plans and write automation test cases wherever needed
 * Regularly revisit SAP Fieldglass test cases and strategy to incorporate the latest product functionality
 * Report on SAP Fieldglass testing status and results
 * Manage customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
