This is a high-impact, senior individual contributor role with a manager-track trajectory - sitting at the intersection of business strategy, ERP platform ownership, and delivery leadership. You will serve as Young Living's internal technical authority for our Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne platform - owning the product roadmap, driving enhancement delivery, and ensuring our ERP capabilities remain aligned with Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations priorities. You will work closely with business stakeholders and our managed services delivery partner to translate business needs into precise technical requirements and high-quality outcomes.
