## About the Role

Do you have experience in Mechanical knowledge?, Do you have a Master's degree in engineering?, * Bachelor's degree, and Masters degree (MS) in an engineering field required. Ph.D. in engineering preferred.

 * 5-10+ years of Micro-Electro-Mechanical-System (MEMS) design and testing experience required.
 * Demonstrated knowledge regarding the principles of MEMS and micro-fabrication.
 * Demonstrated knowledge regarding electrical engineering, mechanics of materials, and solid-state device physics
 * Solid written and oral communication skills
 * Able to take initiative and work in a matrixed team environment.
 * Highly organized and able to resolve complex data into concrete actions
 * Demonstrated skills regarding Design of Experiments (DOE) and similar statistical methods for MEMS characterization or testing results
 * External applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without employment visa or other sponsorship.

## Description

As an engineering expert your tasks will include but not limited to:

 * Support existing production MEMs suppliers by leading problem-solving activity and driving the implementation of continuous improvement ideas
 * Support R&D projects through MEMs device characterization, coordination of prototype builds, product evaluation testing, and data analysis
 * Participate in design activities including layout, DFMEA, DFM, & executing risk mitigation plans
 * Update and develop core sensing element engineering specifications
 * Conduct sensing element experiments and write engineering reports
 * Participate in cross functional sensor application development teams
