This role will work closely with technical program managers, architects, and engineering teams to drive planning, roadmap execution, dependency management, and cross?team coordination for mission-critical onboarding and identity capabilities across Caterpillar's digital ecosystem. This is a hands-on product leadership role focused on modernizing and scaling foundational platform services that support secure access, customer onboarding, and overall digital experience across web and mobile applications., * Own and manage the product roadmap and backlog for CIAM platform services, ensuring clear priorities aligned to business value * Serve as the primary product owner for complex, high?impact digital platform initiatives * Partner with engineering, architecture, API, and platform teams to guide solution development * Drive cross-team coordination and dependency management across multiple workstreams * Translate business and customer needs into clear, actionable product requirements and acceptance criteria * Represent the customer and stakeholder perspective throughout the delivery lifecycle * Communicate product priorities, progress, and trade?offs to technical and business stakeholders * Support Agile delivery ceremonies and ensure alignment with SDLC best practices Key Initiatives Supported * Profile Service Centralization * Account Management Security & Consent Preferences * Modern Password Policies * Registration without Email (SMS?based registration and social authentication enablement), This is a hybrid role based out of Caterpillar's Chicago office, requiring onsite presence 2-3 days per week.
