## About the Role

* En cours de formation Bac+2 à Bac+4 en Informatique (ex: BTS SIO option SISR, BUT Réseaux et Télécommunications, Licence Professionnelle Métiers de l'Informatique, Titre Professionnel TSSI - Technicien Supérieur Systèmes et Réseaux, ou équivalent).
 * Vous avez une bonne maîtrise des systèmes d'exploitation Windows (10/11)
 * Vous disposez de bonnes connaissance de la suite Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
 * Vous avez des notions de base en réseau informatique (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, VPN)
 * Une Expérience avec un outil de ticketing (Easyvista, ServiceNow, GLPI, etc.) et connaissances en Active Directory sont appréciés
 * Vous faites preuve de pédagogie, patience et sens du service
 * Vous êtes rigoureux et réactif

## Description

Support Informatique aux utilisateurs (niveau 1 et 2)

 * Accueillir, diagnostiquer et résoudre les incidents matériels, logiciels ou réseau
 * Assister les utilisateurs sur les outils bureautiques (Windows, Microsoft 365, Messagerie, etc.)
 * Gérer le suivi des tickets dans Easyvista
 * Escalader les incidents complexes au support de niveau supérieur
 * Faire de la veille technologique
