 * Strukturiertes Denken und Business-Verständnis: Du kennst dich mit Data Modeling, KPI-Frameworks und skalierbaren Analytics-Strukturen aus. Du denkst in KPIs, Funnels und Unit Economics und kannst strategische Fragestellungen in messbare Größen übersetzen.
 * Struktur & Ownership: Du arbeitest eigenständig, denkst pragmatisch und bringst komplexe Themen auf den Punkt.
 * Kommunikationsstärke: Du kannst mit technischen und nicht-technischen Stakeholdern klar und auf Augenhöhe kommunizieren - auch in herausfordernden Diskussionen. Deutschkenntnisse auf C1-Niveau sind dafür unverzichtbar.
