We're looking for a full-stack developer to help build TOCA's next generation of software products, backend APIs, admin dashboards, native soccer training apps, and customer portals that power real soccer experiences across our training centers and digital platforms. You'll work across the stack on web and native applications, owning features end-to-end alongside a small team of engineers while helping improve, organize, and modernize TOCA's software systems and development workflows. This role will also help coordinate technical efforts across internal and external contributors while bringing greater visibility, ownership, and technical knowledge in-house. We're especially interested in developers who are excited about AI-native software development. AI-assisted coding, agents, automation, and modern development workflows are becoming central to how we build software, and we're looking for someone eager to help evolve our systems and engineering process around these tools.
