## About the Role

* Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung (z. B. Fachinformatiker Systemintegration) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
 * Mehrjährige Erfahrung im 2nd/3rd Level Support oder in der Projektumsetzung
 * Sehr gute Kenntnisse in:
 * Windows Client & Server Umgebungen
 * Microsoft 365 /Cloud-Diensten
 * Netzwerken und grundlegender IT-Security
 * Strukturierte, selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
 * Kundenorientiertes Denken und klare Kommunikationsfähigkeit
 * Freude daran, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und Wissen weiterzugeben
 * Deutsch als Muttersprache oder mindestens B2

## Description

Technik & Support

 * Abarbeitung von Tickets und Störungen im 2nd und 3rd Level Support
 * Tiefgehende Analyse und nachhaltige Behebung komplexer Störungen im Kundenumfeld
 * Konfiguration, Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung von Hard- und Software, Betriebssystemen sowie Serverdiensten
 * Durchführung von Änderungen im IT-Umfeld unserer Kunden
 * Inbetriebnahme neuer Hardware vor Ort oder remote

Projekte & Kunden

 * Aktive Mitarbeit und Verantwortung in Kundenprojekten
 * Entwicklung von technischen Konzepten und Lösungen gemeinsam im Team
 * Unterstützung der Projektumsetzung - von Planung bis Übergabe in den Betrieb
 * Enge Kommunikation mit Ansprechpartnern unserer Kunden auf Augenhöhe

Wissen & Qualität

 * Einweisung und Schulung von Kunden und Mitarbeitern in neue oder geänderte Systeme
 * Erstellung und Pflege von technischer Dokumentation
 * Sicherstellung sauberer Übergaben, Standards und nachhaltiger Lösungen

Team & Organisation

 * Fachliche Weiterentwicklung und Unterstützung des Technik-Teams
 * Schnittstelle zu Service und Vertrieb bei technischen Fragestellungen sowie Auslastungsplanung
