## About the Role

* Maîtrise des systèmes d'exploitation et autres bases de données (MSSQL, Oracle, …).
 * Connaissance approfondie des certains langages de programmation tels que PHP est un +.
 * Maitrise packoffice, SAP BC
 * Connaissance parfaite de contraintes et impératifs d'une architecture réseau.
 * Capacité à piloter et conduire des projets en AMOA.
 * Maîtrise de l'Anglais technique (L'Italien et/ou l'Espagnol sont un plus
 * Management d'une équipe expérimentées.
 * Pédagogue, orienté satisfaction client interne.

Diplômes requis

Bac +5 Informatique (EPITA, ESGI, …)

Minimum 8 ans d'expérience.

## Description

Rattaché(e) au Directeur des Opérations et sur un périmètre groupe (France, Italie, ) le/la futur(e) collaborateur/trice :

 * Définit la stratégie en matière de systèmes d'information et de téléphonie.
 * Manage les équipes Réseaux, logiciels, développement.
 * Détermine les besoins avec les métiers et le plan d'actions pour y répondre.
 * Définit et pilote les budgets de son service. (Achats de matériels, logiciels, licences, prestation IT/Téléphonie, …).
 * Pilote la maintenance sur l'ensemble de son périmètre : Matériels, logiciels.
 * Administre l'outil SAP (Rôles/autorisations, Architecture, Gestion des utilisateurs, ...)
 * Gère la relation avec les prestataires informatiques & Téléphonie.
 * Est le garant de la sécurité informatique et téléphonique.
 * Et enfin, assure en permanence une veille technologique et juridique du secteur numérique.
