## About the Role

* Strong, hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience (developer/consultant capacity)
 * Solid experience with Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, Content Builder
 * AMPscript and/or SSJS for personalisation, conditional logic, data lookups
 * Confidence working with segmentation and subscriber/data management
 * Strong grasp of deliverability, compliance, GDPR/consent, and campaign reporting

Nice to have

 * Marketing Cloud Personalization / Interaction Studio (or broader personalisation capability exposure)
 * Marketing analytics / reporting tooling experience
 * Exposure to Data Cloud for segmentation/activation use cases

## Description

You'll be a hands-on SFMC practitioner designing and building personalised, multi-channel marketing journeys at scale. You'll work closely with stakeholders and delivery teams to turn requirements into robust Marketing Cloud solutions across email, journeys, automation and data-with a strong focus on quality, deliverability, compliance, and measurable performance.

What you'll be doing

 * Designing and deploying end-to-end customer journeys in Journey Builder (branching, re-entry, multi-step)
 * Building and optimising email campaigns in Email Studio (including dynamic content/personalisation)
 * Creating Automation Studio automations (imports, triggered sends, scheduled processes, file transfers)
 * Managing data structures in Contact Builder / Audience Builder (data extensions, segmentation, attribute groups)
 * Developing and maintaining assets in Content Builder (emails, landing pages, content blocks)
 * Supporting Marketing Cloud Connect and CRM data sync (data integrity + troubleshooting)
 * Applying GDPR, consent and suppression best practices across all solutions
 * Investigating issues (journey errors, data anomalies, campaign problems) and driving root-cause fixes
 * Contributing to technical documentation and supporting agile delivery (ceremonies, demos, sprint reviews)
