Responsibilities: * Clearly define, present, and own the end-to-end data migration strategy, associated migration plans, and execution approaches for the T24-to-Data Hub and CRM transitions. * Direct, mentor, and work alongside a dedicated, next-level-down execution team to ensure delivery milestones are met on time and within scope. * Implement robust data migration protocols, ensuring absolute data integrity and strict regulatory compliance. * Oversee the mapping and movement of data from core banking databases into modern data lakes and financial data hubs. * Confidently present migration frameworks, risk mitigation strategies, and progress reports to C-suite executives and senior stakeholders.
