Loupe Testware is building something special, and we want you to be part of it from the beginning. We're in the middle of a significant engineering build-out, hiring a team of around 15 engineers over the next 6 to 12 months. That means a real opportunity to grow into a senior engineer within a team that's still taking shape. You'll be helping build a squad. The Opportunity We partner with clients to transform how they approach software quality. Our current engagement is with a prestigious private banking client, and we're building a world-class testing function from the ground up. As a Junior SDET, you'll be surrounded by experienced engineers who are invested in helping you grow. You'll learn by doing, writing real automation, contributing to real projects, and developing skills that will take you far beyond where you are today. As the team expands into squads, you'll play a key role within yours, with a clear path to mid and senior level as your confidence and capability grow.
