We are looking for someone who has: * Experience managing IT services and equipment provisioning end-to-end, from procurement through to deployment. * A strong understanding of CRM systems and experience supporting business users. * Experience managing suppliers or external service providers. * Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively. * Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive, trusted relationships across teams and stakeholders. * Experience supporting end-user technology in a professional environment. It would also be advantageous if you have: * Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM. * Experience working within a membership organisation or with volunteer networks. * Data analysis or negotiation skills., * Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively. * Strong communicator, both written and verbal, able to engage confidently with technical and non-technical audiences. * Positive, collaborative, and adaptable, with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes. * Willingness to work flexibly, including occasional out-of-hours support when required. Qualifications and Technical Skills * Educated to Level 3 or equivalent (degree-level education desirable). * Strong IT literacy, including Microsoft 365 and database systems. * Experience working with CRM and CMS platforms (knowledge of Umbraco is beneficial)., You will be part of a collaborative and professional team, working at the heart of the organisation to ensure that our people have the tools, systems, and support they need to succeed. ## Description We are seeking a Senior IT & Systems Officer to act as the central point of contact for all technology across the Society. This is a pivotal role, responsible for shaping how IT supports our people and operations, while working closely with our external IT provider to ensure a high-performing, secure, and responsive technology environment.
