## About the Role

Do you have experience in Time management?, * Previous administration or data entry experience within manufacturing, operational, or construction environments preferred

 * Experience using MRP/ERP systems would be advantageous
 * Strong attention to detail and accuracy
 * Confident using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications
 * Excellent organisational and time management skills
 * Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks effectively
 * Strong communication and teamwork skills

## Description

Kingston Recruitment are currently supporting a well-established manufacturing business in their search for a Data Administrator to join their operations team on a 6 month fixed term contract (potential to become permanent).

This position will play a key role in supporting the operations team through accurate administration, data management, and MRP system support to ensure efficient project delivery and production planning.

Main Duties

 * Creating, maintaining, and updating material and labour Bills of Materials (BOMs) within the MRP system
 * Accurately inputting and validating project and operational data within required timescales
 * Supporting Project Coordinators with administrative and system-related tasks
 * Maintaining accurate project records, documentation, and operational data
 * Liaising with Procurement, Production, Commercial, and Operations teams to ensure information accuracy
 * Generating reports and extracting data from the MRP system when required
 * Identifying and resolving data discrepancies and system issues
 * Assisting with continuous improvement of administrative and operational processes
 * Ensuring compliance with company procedures and data management standards
