People who don't wait to be told what to do, but actively seek, then call out solutions and improvements. Core Requirements * Strong experience with JavaScript, particularly Node.js * Solid understanding of backend development principles and best practices * Experience working with Microsoft Azure, ideally including: * Service Bus * Cloud-native architectures Familiarity with microservices architecture and distributed systems Experience working across the full development lifecycle Nice to Have Experience with any of the following will be advantageous: * Frameworks & tools: Hapi.js, Nunjucks * Databases & ORM: PostgreSQL, Sequelize * DevOps & infrastructure: Docker, Kubernetes (Lens) * Data & integrations: SQL scripting, ETL processes * API design: REST APIs, AsyncAPI * Experience working in or with GDS standards (GOV.UK Design System) How You Work * Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of tasks * Strong collaborator who communicates clearly with remote teams * Pragmatic problem solver who can make informed decisions quickly * Self-motivated, organised, and accountable for your work * Keeps clear documentation and communicates progress effectively * Willing to ask questions and seek clarity-never "struggles in silence" Security Clearance * SC clearance is desirable, but you must be eligible for SC clearance at a minimum ## Description We're looking for talented Full Stack Developers who enjoy solving complex problems and want to take real ownership of their work.
