## Description

* Durchführung administrativer Personalprozesse im Tagesgeschäft
 * Abwicklung vorbereitender Entgeltabrechnungsprozesse sowie die Kontrolle der externen Lohnabrechnung
 * Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Betriebsrats-, Behörden- und Prüfungsunterlagen
 * Pflege und Aktualisierung von Personalstammdaten, digitalen Personalakten und HR-Systemen
 * Optimierung von Prozessen sowie Übernahme von HR-Projekten und Sonderaufgaben
 * Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von HR-Maßnahmen sowie die Beantwortung personalrelevanter Mitarbeiteranfragen
