## Description

Manpower are delighted to be representing a highly regarded Institution in Leeds. As a Data Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Portfolio Monitoring function, providing essential administrative support and maintaining databases in accordance with established processes., * Provide comprehensive administrative support coordinating activities and projects aligned with organisational policies.

 * Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders to drive service improvements and enhance systems and processes.
 * Serve as a point of contact for queries and information requests, responding professionally and efficiently while knowing when to escalate complex issues.
 * Maintain and update databases and IT systems to ensure the integrity and quality portfolio studies.
 * Participate in improvement initiatives, offering recommendations for process enhancements and assisting in the implementation of changes.
