## About the Role

## Description

A leading UK healthcare organisation is looking for an experienced Data Warehouse Developer with EPR Integration expertise to support a major Electronic Patient Record (EPR) implementation programme. This is a senior technical role within the Digital directorate, playing a key part in ensuring accurate, reliable, and timely data flows into the organisation's data warehouse and reporting systems.
Key Responsibilities

 * Lead the integration of the new EPR system with the organisation's data warehouse and reporting tools.
 * Develop, maintain, and optimise automated ETL pipelines using Azure Data Factory and T-SQL.
 * Design and enhance data models, reporting structures, and extraction routines for internal and national dataset requirements.
 * Support EPR data migration activities, ensuring accurate extraction, transformation, validation, and loading of clinical data.
 * Act as a technical expert and reviewer for integration and ETL development work.
 * Provide leadership and line management to a Data Warehouse Programmer.
 * Ensure compliance with data governance, information security, and confidentiality requirements.
