Do you have experience in Sales administration?, We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator with a background in Computer Science to join our dynamic team. This paid position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong administrative skills and computer literacy to contribute to our organisation's efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be proficient in various software applications, and have a keen eye for organisation and time management. A familiarity with sales administration and customer service is also desirable., * Proven administrative experience with strong organisational skills

 * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
 * Experience with Sage accounting software and CRM systems is advantageous
 * Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
 * Strong computer literacy and IT knowledge
 * Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks efficiently
 * Demonstrated customer service skills with a professional approach
 * Familiarity with sales administration processes is preferred
 * Computer Science background is desirable but not essential; however, a good understanding of computer systems is required

## Description

* Manage and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Excel, Sage, CRM software, and other relevant tools
 * Assist with sales administration tasks, including processing orders and updating client information

 * Prepare reports and presentations using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
 * Organise schedules, meetings, and appointments efficiently to support team operations
 * Support IT-related tasks such as troubleshooting basic computer issues and maintaining system updates
 * Ensure all administrative processes adhere to organisational standards and deadlines
 * Collaborate with various departments to streamline workflows and improve overall efficiency
