## About the Role

We're looking for problem-solvers and logical thinkers, not just coders. You enjoy finding efficient solutions to complex problems by understanding the 'Why' as much as the 'How'. You enjoy exploring how a site works, leveraging existing API's and data to your benefit.
Essential Skills:
Vanilla JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
1-3 years of commercial development experience
A proven track record of delivering projects on time
Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience
Ability to work from a Good Growth office when required
Desirable Skills (Not a dealbreaker if you don't have them!):
Experience with JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, etc.)
Familiarity with automated testing
Exposure to CRO tools (Optimizely, Google Optimize, Monetate, etc.)

## Description

Take part in the entire Software Development Lifecycle - This includes scoping and feasibility investigations, development of Experiences, QA and feedback reviews and ensuring consistent quality throughout the lifecycle of the Experience through automated tests.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams - You'll work closely with developers, analysts, and client teams to build innovative solutions through our squad approach.
Writing clean, maintainable code - We value quality, and you'll help ensure best practices in testing, peer reviews, and development.
Become the Technical Expert - You may take part in some client facing calls as part of the squad, offering your knowledge and support from a technical point of view., We believe in flexibility - you should work where you do your best work.
Hybrid working: Most of our team spends 1-2 days per week in the office
Offices in Birmingham and Exeter
Core hours: 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM UK time (flexible start and finish times)
While we support remote working, we may ask you to be in the office more often during your first few months, to help you settle in and get up to speed with the team and our ways of working.
