## Description

At CrewDog.ai SAP Flying Squad, we are looking for commercially minded people to help build specialist SAP recruitment desks focused on Oil & Gas projects worldwide.

This is not a traditional recruitment job.

It is an opportunity to build your own recruitment business with full support, training, technology, and access to powerful AI driven search tools that help identify potential Oil & Gas hiring teams, project opportunities, and target companies.

You do not need previous recruitment experience.

What matters most is whether you are commercially driven, good with people, and confident building relationships and making deals.

If you have worked in recruitment, SAP, Oil & Gas, sales, consulting, engineering, or business development, this role may suit you.

What You Will Be Doing

 * Build your own specialist SAP recruitment desk within Oil & Gas

 * Identify potential Oil & Gas clients using CrewDog.ai AI tools

 * Develop relationships with hiring managers, project leaders, and decision makers

 * Introduce SAP contractors and consultants to project opportunities

 * Build a pipeline of clients and consultants in your chosen niche

 * Learn how to win retained and contingency recruitment business

 * Develop a scalable recruitment business with mentoring and support
