Motivates other team members and creates informal networks with key contacts outside own area. ## Description We are looking for a Backend Software Engineer with strong experience in Kotlin and/or Java, who thrives in designing and building scalable, cloud-native microservices and APIs. In this role, you will work within a Developer Experience (DevX) function, building platforms, frameworks, and tooling that enable engineering teams to develop, deploy, and operate applications efficiently and consistently. Collaboration is central to the role-you will work closely with developers, product owners, and stakeholders, contribute to architectural discussions, participate in code reviews, and help drive continuous improvement across engineering practices. Hybrid working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.
