Reliability Engineer - Machine Performance & Maintenance Program Location: Sint- Niklaas- Belgium Reports to: Maintenance Manager Contract type: Permanent Your Role & Team in a Nutshell As a Reliability Engineer, you will develop and continuously improve the site maintenance program to enhance long-term machine performance. Your focus will be on increasing reliability and availability while optimizing safety, quality, and maintenance costs. You will translate data into concrete actions by analyzing performance, identifying recurring issues, and driving structured improvements.
