* Durchführung von Vulnerability Management mit Microsoft Defender und Baramundi Patch
Management

 + Umsetzung von IT-Sicherheitsmaßnahmen gemäß ISO 27001 und BSI-Grundschutz
 * Cloud-Infrastruktur:
 * Planung, Entwurf und Umsetzung fachlicher Anforderungen in technische Lösungen
 * Betrieb unserer Azure Cloud-Infrastruktur
 * Verwaltung von Usern und Geräten über Azure Entra ID, Microsoft Intune und Azure Arc
 * Collaboration und Kommunikation:
 * Konfiguration und Administration unserer MS Teams- und SharePoint-Umgebungen
 * Betreuung der Microsoft 365-Services inkl. Benutzeradministration
 * Inhouse IT-Services und Support:
 * Technischer Support sowie Fehleranalyse und -behebung
 * Schulung und Unterstützung unserer Mitarbeitenden bei IT-Fragen
 * Monitoring und kontinuierliche Optimierung der IT-Systeme
