LynxCare, a fast-growing scale-up in Belgium, is seeking a Data Management Engineer to help us lead the transformation of global healthcare data to improve patient outcomes and quality of care., As a Data (Management) Engineer, you will be instrumental in building and maintaining LynxCare's clinical databases and data pipelines, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring the scalability, reliability, and performance of our data processes and quality procedures ., As a Clinical Data (Management) Engineer, you work in a small team of Data (Management) Engineers to develop high quality data flows to successfully build and maintain real-world-evidence databases. This includes: * Manage data uploads, data quality assessment and quality improvements to build and maintain databases for hospitals across Europe in multiple therapeutic areas, including cardiology and oncology. Both functional & technical aspects are part of your responsibilities. * Steer and support process improvements in a variety of areas such as data pipelines, data quality and reporting.
