Established in 1964, GCL Food Ingredients is a manufacturer and supplier to both foodservice and industrial customers. We aim to work closely with both our customers and suppliers to create a food chain partnership. This brings together all NPD teams to work not only on innovation and market trends but to help inspire the next generation of meals to our client's consumers. The role: The Quality Assurance Technician will be responsible for supporting both the Technical and Production teams ensuring all quality requirements are adhered to and maintained. Main Duties will involve but not limited to: * Work closely with the Production Team to identify and resolve any quality issues that arise during manufacturing. * Complete routine inspections i.e. glass and hard plastic, fabrication, hygiene, foreign body and GMP are carried out to schedule, with the appropriate corrective action implemented. * Support BRC audits & Customer Technical audits.
