## Description

Deine Mission: Als Senior Developer bzw. Team Lead Softwareentwicklung gestaltest du die technologische Weiterentwicklung unserer Plattformen maßgeblich. Gleichzeitig bringst du dein Wissen rund um AI in der Softwareentwicklung ein - und treibst so moderne Arbeitsweisen sowie AI-basierte Tools im Team und im Unternehmen voran.
Woran du arbeitest:

 * Entwicklung moderner Softwarelösungen für den Handel (Web-, App- und Desktopanwendungen)
 * Technische Verantwortung von der Konzeption bis zum Go-Live
 * Einführung und Etablierung von AI-gestützten Entwicklungspraktiken im Unternehmen
 * Evaluierung geeigneter AI-Tools, Best Practices und Workflows
 * Steuerung und Durchführung von Projekten im deutschen Handelsumfeld
 * Analyse, Spezifikation, Testing und Dokumentation
 * Übernahme der Teamführung in der Entwicklung, Mentoring jüngerer Entwickler
 * Mitgestaltung einer modernen Engineering- und Teamkultur
