This role is ideal for a well-rounded infrastructure support engineer who is strongest in network and desktop support, while also being comfortable assisting across telecom, compute, storage, backup, Microsoft 365, and broader IT operations., The Senior Infrastructure Support Engineer will support daily operations for a critical infrastructure environment, including network connectivity, desktop support, endpoint hardware, service requests, incident response, vendor coordination, monitoring, and documentation.
