This person will act as the right hand of the IT/OT Project Manager, taking full ownership of day-to-day IT operations while growing into business process management and, over time, contributing to the digital and IT/OT infrastructure of the APC facility., IT Operations * Serve as the single point of contact for all internal IT support requests (service desk, email, chat, on-site). * Troubleshoot and resolve end-user issues with Windows 11 devices, Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive), VPN, and peripherals. * Coordinate with the external ICT vendor for escalations and complex resolutions. * Prepare and configure laptops for new employee onboarding via Microsoft Intune; support mobile device management. * Maintain, and monitor anti-phishing campaigns and security awareness training programs to strengthen employee resilience against phishing attacks and other social engineering threats. * Manage user accounts, access rights, shared mailboxes, and MFA enrollment in Azure Active Directory / Entra ID. * Maintain hardware inventory and handle basic network troubleshooting (Wi-Fi, LAN, VPN). * Maintain accurate ticket logs and up-to-date IT documentation. * Support the rollout and compliance of AI usage policies Business Systems & ERP * Provide first-line functional support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (ERP), coordinating with the vendor for complex issues. * Support the documentation, analysis, and continuous improvement of key business processes (sales, production, procurement, inventory, logistics, finance workflows). IT/OT & APC Infrastructure * Support the IT/OT Project Manager in the design of the digital and OT architecture for the APC facility, including sensor integration, data flows, and connectivity. * Assist in evaluating OT platforms, gateways, and edge computing solutions suited to a GMP manufacturing environment. ## Related Videos - [JavaScript?
